How to read results

What's the real difference between "Optima" and "TimeFlex" on Vueling? Optima = 1 cabin bag + 1 checked bag + 23 kg. TimeFlex = same bags + ability to change date/time. TimeFlex does NOT add priority boarding. Optima is best for normal travel, TimeFlex if your plans might shift.
